We understand that as part of your Early Talent journey at TUI you’ll be keen to get to know our business and your colleagues, we also recognise that some elements of the programmes you’ll be part of simply work better face to face rather than virtually. We want to support and coach you throughout your journey and envisage that this could mean being in the office up to three days per week initially and your manager will provide clear guidance on how this will work in your business function.
