Bright Horizons, one of the worlds leading early childhood providers, has over 300 nurseries & preschools across the UK.
Our entry level role is our Early Years Apprenticeship, where you’ll work as part of a team looking after babies & children up to age of 5, running activities in interactive play, arts & crafts, cooking, & reading. Upon completion of the programme, you’ll be a Level 3 Early Years Educator. This takes about 18 months to complete, & is delivered through classroom-based learning & on-the-job training. You will need GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4/C or above or equivalent. If you don’t have these, we can support you to complete a Functional Skills qualification alongside your apprenticeship.
